Primary School National Championship
The Primary School National Championship will bring together the top teams from each of the NDL's primary school debating leagues.
Teams will represent their own school and compete to become the national champions.
22-23 September 2024 @ Bishops Diocesan College
Program Overview
- Welcome & Orientation
We will start the tournament with a short speech from a guest speaker and an "ice breaker" round. We'll use the "ice breaker" to calibrate our adjudication. The Orientation Session will start at 6pm on 21 September 2024.
- Debates & Feedback
We'll have five competitive debates. Topics will be released at the tournament and teams will have 45 minutes to prepare for each debate. No electronic devices will be allowed during prep or debates.
- The Awards Ceremony
We will recognize the achievements of our debaters with an awards ceremony. We'll award trophies and medals to our top teams and individuals.
Qualified Schools
These schools have earned team slots at the championship through their exceptional performance in their local league.
